Official Rules of HRD-Reloaded.

Scamming
If you are scammed, it is your fault, and without valid proof(video or pictures clearly showing you've been scammed), there is nothing that can be done, which means the scammer will walk away un-banned and richer.

::yell
Do not argue over yell, you will be given one warning, if the arguing continues, you will be muted for 24 hours, or longer, depending on the severity of yell abuse. If you continue arguing over yell after serving your punishment, you will be ip muted. Do not spamm yell or your donor rank will be taken without any discussion.

Flaming
The use of racist, slanderous, defamatory, homophobic, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening and harassing comments towards other users are not tolerated.

Spamming
All unnecessary and irrelevant posts (on a topic) and topics is considered spamming, plain and simple. The rule is broken down into four parts.

1. Creating replies with a single word or emoticon is ONLY tolerated in sections where your post count does not increase.
2. Gravedigging: Posting on a thread that hasn't been posted on in a month or longer.
3. Bumping: Considered spamming in every section except “private” sections like Bug Reporting.
4. Inappropriate Content: Posting any sort of pictures or videos of violent, pornographic, nudity or offensive content is not allowed.

Links to Other Sites and Referral Links
Only commonly accepted links are permitted on these forums, at all.

5. Community Links: Links to other communities include MoparScape, RuneLocus, BB, etc. as long as the links are within the limitations of the rules.
6. Media Links: All media links are generally accepted as long as they do not break rule 4.
7. Referral: Not allowed at all.
8. Advertising Strongly frowned upon, you will automatically be banned.

Disrespecting Members of Staff
Do not disrespect staff members.
If you have a problem with a decision a staff member has made you can report it at the report staff members section with proof. Only me and David can see this.

Staff Impersonation
9. Claiming to be a member of staff when you're really not is completely against the rules. Making names to make it seem like you're a staff member, is also against the rules. This rule has no warning, and is a permanent ban when not followed. (making an account with the words mod/admin in it gives us all the right to remove you account whenever we found out)

Bug Abuse
10. Abusing any sort of bug is against the rules. Found a bug? Report it. The section is private, and therefore, nobody else except for staff members will be able to see your threads/posts. Abusing a bug will result in a permanent ban.

Personal Information
11. Posting anyone’s personal information without their permission is completely against the rules. Personal information is personal. This includes addresses, phone numbers, pictures, videos, etc.

Macroing
12. Macroing is the use of third party software that gives you an advantage. You are not allowed to use any sort of autoing tools to gain an advantage. This includes, but is not limited to: auto-typing, auto-clicking, mouse recorders, auto-switchers, auto-alchers, etc.
*Auto-talking is allowed, so long as the minimum time-span between each message is 7 seconds long*

Trolls
"A "troll" is someone who intentionally and persistently posts inflammatory messages about sensitive topics to bait users into responding or provoke a confrontation. We also consider people to be trolls when they persistently misuse product features such as the ratings system to negatively target others.

13. The staff’s time is too valuable to be spent on trolls. If you’ve come here to troll and waste our time, then you will be disposed of. The staff of HRD-Reloaded has more important things to deal with and cannot be bothered to waste their time with you. This server and forum is to entertain and educate, not be a playground to kids.

Sectional Rules
14. Majority of the boards will have additional rules to them which must be followed(Those that don't WILL in the near future). These rules are to be followed in every board but the sectional rules go into more specific detail on which rules are to be followed and which ones can be bent.

Threatening Other Players
15. Anything from making real life threats to Denial Of Service attacks are completely against the rules. We here at HRD-Reloaded do not like bullies and DOS attacks are against the law. Don't expect mercy, we have zero tolerance for these kind of things.

The Wilderness
16. THERE ARE NO RULES IN THE WILDERNESS OTHER THAN THE ONES STATED ABOVE AND BELOW. (Besides multi venging, it won't be tolerated, this means if you are lured, it is your OWN fault.)

Ranting
17. All negative threads and threads consisting of but not restricted to ranting/complaining are bound to the Feedback section. All ranting related threads must be posted in the appropriate feedback forum, if they are posted elsewhere, it may be considered spam, and you may be infracted.

Refunds
18. Items can be refunded when you loose them through a bug/glitch IF you have proof of this. (video/screenshots)

Hidden Staff
19. Revealing any of the staff member's account's hiddens will be punished with a ban. This is not tolerated.

Donations
20. If you lose items to a dc and you donated for them you will NOT get them back. There are no refunds except if you unredeem the points (unused) within 24hours.

Encouraging others to break rules
21. If you're encouraging other members to break the rules you will be punished with them.(E.g, finding a dupe and asking other players to help you with it)

Multiple Logging-in
22. You can log in to two accounts at one time, but if we find you are abusing this privilege to dupe items or abuse any other bug, you will be automatically Ip-Banned from HRD-Reloaded.

Buying/Selling
23. Sale of Runescape accounts/items is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban.

Sharing Accounts
24. Sharing accounts is not allowed and will result in immediate IP ban of both users.
